This Fundraiser Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Joy’s Kitchen (“Organization”), a non-profit organization committed to addressing food insecurity and waste, and the undersigned individual or entity (“Fundraiser”).

1. Purpose

The Fundraiser agrees to engage in fundraising activities to support Joy’s Kitchen’s mission of providing food to those in need and reducing food waste in Colorado.

2. Fundraising Activities

The Fundraiser will create and conduct a fundraising campaign using the official Joy’s Kitchen fundraising platform provided by the Organization. The Fundraiser is responsible for promoting the campaign and engaging with potential donors.

3. Donation Matching Options

The Fundraiser can optionally select from the following options:

a. Dollar Matching: Match each dollar donated up to a specified limit.

b. Donation Addition: Add a predetermined amount to each donation, up to a limit.

c. Donation Goal Matching: Commit to a donation amount upon achieving a set fundraising goal.

4. Compliance and Ethical Standards

The Fundraiser agrees to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and to uphold ethical standards in all fundraising activities, reflecting positively on Joy’s Kitchen.

5. Use of Name and Logo

Joy’s Kitchen authorizes the Fundraiser to use its name and logo exclusively for the fundraising campaign. This use must align with the Organization’s brand guidelines and must not imply product or service endorsement.

6. Financial Handling and Reporting

All contributions must be received exclusively through Joy’s Kitchen’s fundraising platform. Reporting of fundraising activities, including the tracking of donations and matching funds, is automated through the platform, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Joy’s Kitchen shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses related to the Fundraiser’s activities. The Fundraiser agrees to indemnify and hold the Organization harmless from any claims resulting from their fundraising efforts.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Fundraiser must cease the use of Joy’s Kitchen’s name and logo and complete any pending fundraising activities through the platform.
