| Please provide a brief overview of your organization's mission and the work you do within the community. | Self-directed online job search skill development course designed for those with disadvantaged backgrounds by someone who also came from a disadvantaged background and worked up to hiring manager and interview panel positions. We believe in giving people a hand up to self-sustainability to be part of a collective effort to put society on an upward spiral. We tried to make it affordable for most budgets by breaking the course up into 14 modules at $11 each and have the Hand-up fund for those that still find the cost unmanageable. |
